** What We Collect
- Account data: name, email, password (stored only as a secure one-way hash), and optionally a profile photo.
- Order data: delivery address, phone number, order history — used solely to fulfil your purchases.
- Seller data: shop details, payout information, and KYC documents. KYC documents are stored outside public web access and are viewable only by the seller who uploaded them and authorised compliance staff.
- Usage data: pages visited and search terms, to improve the marketplace.
** How Your Data Is Used
- Processing orders, deliveries, refunds, and payouts.
- Service emails: order confirmations, shipping updates, refund decisions, KYC status.
- Marketing emails only if you subscribed — every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Fraud prevention and marketplace safety (account verification, abuse detection).
** Sharing & Disclosure
- Sellers receive only what they need to ship your order: your name, delivery address, and phone number. They never see your payment details or full account data.
- Payment partners (Cashfree / Razorpay) process payments under their own bank-grade security standards. Card and UPI details never touch Dushly servers.
- Courier partners receive the shipping label data for your parcel only.
- We never sell your personal data. Disclosure happens only when required by Indian law.
** Your Rights
- Update your details anytime from Profile Settings.
- Request account deletion and erasure of personal data via support@dushly.com (completed order records are retained as required by tax law).
- Request a copy of the data associated with your account.
** Terms of Service
- Marketplace role: Dushly is a venue connecting buyers with independent sellers. The sales contract is between buyer and seller; Dushly enforces these policies and Buyer Protection on both sides.
- Listing integrity: sellers must list only items they have made or are authorised to sell. Counterfeit, replica, or trademark-infringing goods are removed without notice and repeated violations end in a permanent ban. Report fakes at support@dushly.com.
- Fees: publishing a listing may carry a listing fee (shown before publishing). Commissions on sales are displayed in the seller dashboard before every sale completes.
- Prohibited conduct: off-platform payment requests, abuse of the review system, fake orders to inflate ratings, and harassment of users are grounds for immediate suspension.
- Content: photos and text you upload stay yours, but you grant Dushly the licence to display them on the marketplace while your listing is live.
- Changes: material changes to these terms are announced by email and on this page before taking effect.
